		<description>Yet, another law, another commission, more bureaucracy, more money spent with questionable impact on implementation. In theory, Mexico&#039;s environmental legislation, covers a comprehensive range of issues regarding water pollution, air pollution, the use of natural resources, etc. In practice these laws are violated on a daily basis without any prosecution. In my opinion, what is needed are not more laws, but politicians who take up the responsibility to ensure that laws are enforced in their respective constituencies.</description>
