		<description>Well, at least in the final package apparently  $8 billion are allocated for high speed rail (can&#039;t wait for the one connecting San Francisco and LA!) on top of $8.4 billion for &quot;transit projects&quot;, which I assume from the context refers to public transport.</description>

		<description>This is a disaster. Since this $30 billion for highways is not from fuel taxes, we should hear no more talk about &quot;the market&quot; regarding public transportation. Even now with 400 billion in &quot;defense&quot; the U.S. cannot control crude sources or pipeline routes. With these new roads, they will have to use nukes. The U.S. empire is taking the biosphere with it as it goes down. Pathetic.</description>
